Wailea Town Center is an upscale mixed use commercial and residential condominium complex consisting of 25 ground floor commercial apartments and 7 second story residential penthouse apartments on 4.16 acres of land just situated uphill from the Wailea Tennis Center in the heart of Wailea. Amenities of the residential apartments are elevators, private pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area, private garages and assigned parking stalls.
It is the only Project with available ownership of commercial condominiums within the Wailea Resort.
The medical / professional / retail / office commercial apartments are owner occupied as well as rented. No residential rentals of less than 60 days or residential time-share ownership is allowed per the Declaration in this B-2 zoned property and was duly reported under Hawaii Tax Act 326 and subsequently is reported annually in the Maui County Use Declarations.
The Association was formed in 2006 upon the completion of Phase I as 100% commercial units (A & B single story Buildings). Phase II as mixed use 50% commercial and 50% residential units (C & D two story Buildings) was completed in the 4th quarter of 2007. The official trade name was refiled with the Hawaii Dept. of Commerce & Consumer Affairs as "Wailea Town Center AOAO" on June 4, 2012.
